Key Accounts Manager

Working days : Mon to Fri : In Office ; Sat : WFH.

Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with key retail and e-commerce stores, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of mobile phones, laptops, and other large format retailers. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries regarding trade-in transactions, business enhancement opportunities, and operational support.

• Manage & track daily trade-in transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

• Plan activities to achieve assigned yearly/monthly/weekly targets.

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to facilitate smooth reconciliation and timely payment coordination.

• Partner with clients to develop and implement business and marketing plans to drive trade-in volume and achieve mutually beneficial goals.

• Maintain strong working relationships with partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.

• Proactively identify and resolve any trade-in transaction issues to ensure partner satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to trade-in programs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in trade-in transactions or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
