Key Accounts Manager

Roles and Responsibility

This role will be a great fit for sales persons that want to move to an account management role

● Onboarding clients smoothly, sharing full overview of Wastelink offering including the app, expectation setting of process, aligning units etc.

● Coordination with internal stakeholders (FPE, logistics, unit) to ensure 100% SOP adherence and high levels of supplier experience.

● Problem solving issues related to pickups and finding practical solutions.

● Timely and effective communication (written and verbal) with suppliers and internal stakeholders on pickups

● Responses to all queries within for business hours

● Handle escalations timely and with an urgency that empathizes with supplier

● Buttoned up process to handle payments including timely submission of payment requests and providing invoices to Finance

● Initiate, design and drive initiatives that deliver customer delight.

● Understanding of supplier data and metrics (pickup volumes, number of pickup locations, payments)

● Data driven understanding of service levels and striving to improve supplier experience

● Ability to independently perform analytics that are useful to suppliers

● Proactive and regular communication with supplier to expand relationship

● Drive adoption of the technology tools by supplier

Screening criteria

● Excellent communications skills in Hindi and Good communication skills in English.

● Good problem solver - demonstrated examples of showing initiative and solving problem areas for customers

● Strong customer focus. Demonstrated examples of going above and beyond to solve customer issues

● Good knowledge of analytics and Excel 1

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹41,000.00 per month
