The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player committed to client success. You will focus on developing existing channel partners, acquiring new ones, and driving consistent sales growth in the Bangalore zone.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build, strengthen, and grow a strong channel partner (CP) network for the Bangalore zone.
  • Drive real estate sales through channel partners and achieve revenue targets.
  • Source deals from channel partners for new home sales.
  • Conduct regular CP meetings and activate new CPs in the allocated micro-markets.
  • Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs through consistent support and relationship management.
  • Identify high-potential channel partners for focused projects.
  • Assist in organizing and managing CP workshops and events.
  • Resolve issues/complaints from activated channel partners promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate channel sales.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (self-vehicle mandatory).
  • Kannada-speaking preferred; strong local real estate network is an added advantage.
  • Track record of stability (minimum 1–2 appraisals in the same organization).
  • Hustler mindset with ability to build & scale partner networks.
