Key Accounts Executive

Role Overview: India Foods Business is a full-service manufacturing and marketing unit with a strong suite of products including the Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Haagen-Dazs, and Nature Valley brands. As a Key Account Executive in Modern Trade, your role involves maintaining relationships with key accounts, on-boarding new accounts, and suggesting business strategies for growth. You will work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets, building sustainable relationships with strategic account partners, and ensuring stock availability. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Monthly, quarterly, and Annual Business Targets for Key Accounts - Build long-term sustainable relationships with strategic account partners and negotiate favorable terms of trade - Coordinate with external agency for Inventory and product optimization - Formulate effective sales policies and procedures for Modern Trade B2B customers - Ensure Stock Availability and maintain effective Fill-Rate in all accounts - Liaise with internal regional Sales teams to ensure achievement of Fill rates - Explore new opportunities in Institution sales, Modern Trade B2B, and HORECA - Create strategies and recommendations for driving strategic brand sales - Ensure all receivables are in accordance with company policy Qualifications Required: - Graduate qualification - Post-Graduate qualification preferred - 3 to 5 yrs. experience in FMCG Modern Trade Sales preferred - Exposure to handling and on-boarding Institutional Accounts / Partners - Experience in handling D-mart as a customer preferred - Knowledge of MFS listing, stock levels, excel, analytics, and B2B platforms Additional Company Details: India Foods Business exists to make food the world loves.
