Key Account Sales Manager

Efficacy AMS is B2B - Staffing services company, specialised in HR operations, Manpower sourcing and deployment to large manufacturing clients and providing specific outsourcing services like Warehouse operations management, Quality Inspection services.

Responsibilities as KAM :

1 Take full accountability and customer relationship management

2 Responsible for sales, billing and payment collections

3 Addressing customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

4 Monitor manpower deployment and retention status

Responsibility as a Sales Person:

1 Ability to identify the contacts at customers: By Cold calling / Direct Visits / by reference / by Social media

2 Generate new leads through visits, digital marketing initiatives

3 Do market research and identify the key players and their strengths

4 Prepare quotation

5 Negotiate and Win Business

Preferred Industry Background:

From the Logistics Industry, Manpower/HR consultancies, B2B Industrial products companies

Skill Set:

Good communication & presentation skills

Good negotiation skills

Should be good at EXCEL & Presentations

Knowledge about supply chain /warehousing is an additional strength

Digital marketing skills (LinkedIn & E Mail & CRM)

Qualification: Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/ BD/ KAM

Expected CTC: Around 3.50 Lakhs to 4.00 Lakhs
