Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client relations and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collaterals for real estate projects. The role involves coordinating the production of videos, virtual tours, and 3D walkthroughs, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.

Preference will be given to Architects or Civil Engineers with a creative approach to marketing and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate clients, understanding project requirements and translating them into actionable briefs.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to produce videos, aerial tours, 3D walkthroughs, and other visual marketing assets.
• Review and interpret CAD files to extract relevant details for creative production.
• Provide creative input on storyboards, scripts, and presentation flow for marketing materials.
• Monitor project timelines, ensure quality control, and manage client feedback to final delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, project types, and buyer preferences to guide content creation.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination, preferably in real estate or architectural services.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate sector and familiarity with project life cycles.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both clients and creative teams.
• A keen eye for design, storytelling, and presentation quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Familiarity with design/visualisation tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar).

Software Proficiency

• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of CAD software
• Canva or other presentation/design tools
