Client Relations | Digital Marketing

Summary

We’re looking for a self-driven individual who can connect well with clients, coordinate digital marketing activities, and offer fresh creative ideas. If you’ve got a flair for copywriting, that’s a definite plus. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for our clients and guide them through various online campaigns.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping translate their goals into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to develop campaign concepts and brand messaging.
• Oversee day-to-day digital marketing tasks such as social media posts, email marketing, and SEO updates.
• Provide input on campaign copy, ensuring it aligns with each brand’s voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare updates, and suggest improvements.
• Organise client feedback and work with internal teams to implement changes.

You are a great fit if you have:

• Prior experience in client servicing or account management, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising setting.
• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects smoothly.
• Familiarity with major digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google), plus a basic grasp of analytics.
• Creative mindset and a knack for copywriting or content creation.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable meeting deadlines.
