Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our client servicing team. You will work closely with junior account managers and the creative team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, maintain client relationships, and deliver projects on time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ropes of account management in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day client communications and relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, media) to ensure deliverables are met.
• Help prepare campaign briefs, proposals, and performance reports.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and approvals.
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry news for client insights.
• Support in organizing and documenting meetings, follow-ups, and action plans.
• Monitoring campaign performance across platforms and preparing summaries.
Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
