Broad Function We are looking for a proactive KAM/Client Executive – Production who will act as a bridge between clients and the internal team. The role involves handling client queries, coordinating with the production/operations team, and ensuring timely responses via email and calls. Strong communication skills and good computer proficiency are essential. Roles and Responsibilities ·      Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal production/operations team to deliver outputs. ·      Respond to client queries through email and calls in Tamil and English. ·      Track project status and ensure timely follow-ups and closures. ·      Prepare basic reports, maintain documentation, and update client communication records. ·      Ensure customer satisfaction by providing smooth, timely, and accurate communication. ·      Support the team in resolving issues and escalating challenges whenever required.   Desired Experience ·      2–3 years of experience in client servicing, production coordination, or a similar role. ·      Good communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written). ·      Good knowledge of MS Office, emails, and general computer operations. ·      Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle clients professionally. ·      Strong coordination skills with an ability to follow up with internal teams. ·      Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.   Benefits ·      Cashless medical insurance for employees, spouses, and children ·      Accidental insurance coverage ·      Life insurance coverage ·      Retirement benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity ·      Sodexo benefits for income tax savings ·      National Pension Saving
