Account Manager - Residential Leasing - Real Estate - 2-4 Years - Bangalore

Location -

An exciting opportunity for a driven professional with 24 years of experience in sales and business development to join a leading real estate services firm. As an Account Manager Residential Leasing, you will play a pivotal role in client relationship management, business development, and facilitating residential leasing transactions for corporates, embassies, HNIs, and service apartment operators.

Your Future Employer -

Responsibilities -

  • Identify and generate leads for business development and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, embassies, HNIs, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between landlords and tenants during lease transactions.
  • Conduct rental analysis and research to determine competitive pricing.
  • Manage listings, client interactions, and closure of transactions under supervision.
  • Prepare lease agreements, NDAs, and other required documentation.
  • Support developers in creating marketing collateral for leasing projects.
  • Maintain transaction MIS, trackers, and reports on leads, client visits, and closures.

Requirements -

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to deliver reliable, courteous client service and present information effectively.
