Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager with 10-15 years of experience to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd, responsible for managing key accounts and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the glass industry and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with account management.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in account management and sales strategy development.
Strong knowledge of the glass industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with OEMs is an added advantage.
