Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Udyog Vihar. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and executing account strategies, addressing client inquiries and needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and tracking account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and client relationship skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or related fields
• Proficiency in using technology to improve processes and client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience in managing key accounts and driving business growth
