Job Title:Key Account Manager Experience7-10 Years Location:Mumbai : Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with banking clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Identify opportunities for Finacle implementation, customization, migration, and IT services. Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution. Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling IT solutions. Stay updated on banking technology trends and regulatory requirements. Handle escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues. Prepare reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in account management or IT services in the banking sector. Strong knowledge of core banking solutions (preferably Finacle) and IT services. Proven track record in client relationship management and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple accounts.
