We are hiring - Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Identify emerging markets and monitor trends, including new product developments and competitor activities.
  • Analyse competitor offerings and customer preferences to enhance the company's positioning in the market.

2. Sales & Product Management

  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing in alignment with market trends and demand.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.

3. Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay current with product and market developments through workshops, publications, and professional networking.
  • Leverage industry contacts to anticipate market opportunities and innovations.

4. Sales Planning & Strategy Execution

  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet targets and align with organizational goals.
  • Drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess needs and address concerns.
  • Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and uncover new opportunities.

6. Reporting & Sales Performance

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and achievements.
  • Use Zoho CRM to log activity, track progress, and generate performance insights.

7. Direct Sales & Distribution Support

  • Manage both direct and channel sales, ensuring alignment and readiness across teams.
  • Support distribution partners with technical input and sales enablement.

8. Channel Management & Conflict Resolution

  • Evaluate distribution performance and optimize for strategic alignment.
  • Resolve channel conflicts and maintain smooth collaboration across territories.
