Role Overview As a Key Account Manager at BM EPC, you will be responsible for managing andnurturingrelationships with the company s most strategic clients. This role requires a strong balanceof business development, client service, and project coordination. The KAMwill ensureclient satisfaction, identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and act as atrustedadvisor for key stakeholders. Frequent travel will be required, and candidates must be comfortable withit. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with key domestic and international clientsinpharmaceuticals, biotech, and healthcare. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smoothcommunication and service delivery. Understand client requirements and align BM EPC s solutions (EPC, procurement,infrastructure projects) to their business needs. Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities withinexisting accounts. Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies tailored to eachkeyclient. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Marketing, Operations) toensure timely and quality project execution. Negotiate long-term contracts and service agreements with key clients. Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and resolve escalations effectively. Represent BM EPC at industry forums, networking events, and client reviewmeetings. Provide management with regular reports on account status, opportunities, risks, andcompetitor activity.
