Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in IT B2B hardware and services. The role focuses on managing strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust
  • Drive account revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of IT hardware, infrastructure, and services
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business goals
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, OEM partners, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals
  • Track customer requirements, RFPs, and procurement cycles
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
  • Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management within IT hardware and services
  • Strong exposure to enterprise customers and large accounts
  • In-depth understanding of IT hardware solutions (end-user computing, data center, networking, storage, etc.)
  • Experience working with OEMs and technology partners
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Experience working with system integrators or IT solution providers
  • Exposure to government, BFSI, manufacturing, or large enterprise accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
