At Groomyourgram, we partner with leading beauty and lifestyle brands to create high-impact influencer campaigns that convert. Our team is growing, and we’re seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee campaign delivery, team management, and top-tier client servicing.

Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you'll lead end-to-end campaign execution while owning client relationships and ensuring smooth internal coordination.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Client & Account Management – Build strong relationships, own communications, and proactively address client needs

🔹 Campaign Delivery – Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines, budgets, and KPIs

🔹 Team Leadership – Guide and manage a team of campaign managers and interns

🔹 Training & Development – Upskill your team and maintain high-quality output

🔹 Reporting & Feedback – Track performance, generate reports and suggest campaign optimizations

What You Bring:

✔️ Prior experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing (preferably in the beauty/lifestyle domain)

✔️ Excellent communication & presentation skills

✔️ Strong multitasking and team management capabilities

✔️ Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations
