Job Description

Role Overview: You will be driving the Professional business with Modern Trade Accounts, both online and offline. Your main responsibility will be to lead Brand activities for the Professional portfolio across customers, channels, and geographies to ensure the achievement of Brand Marketing and Business Objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Modern Trade customers and oversee all activities from product listing to ongoing business management. - Execute the promotional plan and ensure P&L delivery from Topline to Bottomline. - Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and National Sales Manager to develop the Annual Brand Plan. - Identify key growth pillars, portfolio strategy, and execution elements. - Generate product innovation ideas and develop communication and training assets for the sales team and customers. - Represent the brand at industry events. Qualifications Required: - Must be a graduate, with an MBA preferred. - At least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management for offline or online customers. - Total of 4-5 years of experience is required. - High energy and self-driven attitude to excel in this position.,
