Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement account strategies to meet client objectives and achieve company targets.
Project Coordination:
Oversee logistics operations for key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of services.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients, acting as their advocate within the company.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations.
Contract Management:
Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring alignment with company goals while meeting client expectations.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and growth opportunities for internal stakeholders.
