Job Description

As a Digital Solution Advisor (DSA) at HighRadius, you will be an integral part of the front-end sales and account management team. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Account Executive (AE) to move deals through the sales pipeline, ensuring customer satisfaction, renewals, and minimizing churn. You will play a crucial role in interacting with prospects and clients on a daily basis, understanding their business needs, demonstrating the value of HighRadius products, and closing deals successfully. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the AE to progress deals through the sales pipeline. - Engage with prospects and customers on a regular basis. - Conduct requirement gathering and customer qualification through systematic analysis. - Deliver product demonstrations to Finance departments of Fortune 1,000 companies at CXO, VP, and Director levels. - Develop detailed Cost Benefit ROI and Business Case models. - Formulate strategies to outperform competitors and secure successful deal closures. - Implement churn management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction. - Analyze customer tickets and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. - Lead negotiations for contract renewals. - Proactively manage customer relationships to minimize churn effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Customer Success roles. - Hands-on experience with ERP software and/or cloud computing is beneficial. - Preferably 3-10 years of relevant experience. - An MBA and undergraduate degree from reputable institutions is advantageous. - Experience in consultative sales roles with North American or European customers is a plus. - Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes is desirable. **Soft Skills:** - Highly organized and self-motivated. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to engage with CXO level employees of Fortune 1,000 companies comfortably. - Strong teamwork skills and adept at working in a distributed delivery environment. - Demonstrates high integrity and credibility in all interactions. - Possesses a strong intellect with proficient commercial instincts. - Maintains an unwavering focus on achieving results and targets.
