Job Description

The role at Sanmar Group involves building long-term relationships and partnerships with key customers, especially in Europe and North America. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, market intelligence, business development, and global program management. Your role will also include interfacing with internal and external key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving Sales Volume & Revenue Goals through Business Development and Account Management - Developing and managing key accounts to build strong customer relationships and increase wallet share - Identifying new customers, developing contacts, and nurturing relationships - Continuously evaluating market conditions, trends, and monitoring competitors" activity - Conducting primary & secondary research to identify opportunities for custom manufacturing - Leading cost negotiations and managing contractual agreements with global customers - Reviewing projects with Program Managers and site teams to highlight risks or opportunities - Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies Key Skills & Attributes: - Proven expertise in Business Development & Sales in the Chemicals industry (Agrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals) - Strategic and techno-commercial acumen - Strong relationship-building skills with global business partners and key customers - Knowledgeable about competition, customers, industry, and market trends - Customer-focused with excellent networking skills - High level of accountability, solution-oriented, and self-driven - Good communication and presentation skills - Process-driven with a hands-on approach Qualification & Experience: - Chemical Engineer or Bachelors/MSc./PhD in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with an MBA degree preferred - 10-12 years of experience in the Agrochemicals or Specialty Chemical sector with a track record of sales in CDMO to global clients - Experience in international markets and managing global accounts - Age up to 45 years - Willingness to travel extensively If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to pt8@sanmargroup.com.,
