Job Description

As a Director in Sales & Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to develop avenues of revenue generation in existing clientele and build a strong Customer Retention strategy for consistent growth. You will be managing good relations with customers in locations like Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong engagement with existing customers to increase sales and lifetime value. You will design and implement Customer Retention Strategy and Programs, ensuring the optimization of all plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Sales Team. Collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and objectives will be a key aspect of your job. You will identify opportunities to grow the customer database, effectively communicate the product value through presentations and proposals, and manage customer communication programs across multiple mediums. Furthermore, you will need to understand Geography and Industry specific landscapes and trends, assist in the development of the sales plan, and provide forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management. Regular reporting on Business KPI performance and full visibility into the sales pipeline will also be part of your responsibilities. Daily tasks will include calendar planning, coordinating with customers for various requirements such as order revisions, price revisions, delivery schedules, and new developments. You will also be involved in preparing POs, managing sales orders in SFDC, coordinating with plant contacts for material status updates, and resolving any issues related to material delivery. Your role will require coordination with customers for delivery confirmation, handling complaints regarding material quality, and generating case and credit notes when necessary. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the IT team for numbering details and with the plant for advance planning of raw material and stock-keeping orders. Overall, as a Director in Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation, customer retention, and business growth through effective relationship management and strategic planning.,
