Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background from the furniture industry preferably from wood coatings. Experience of OEM handling for minimum 3 years is must. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer engagement, technical support, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Apply technical expertise in wood coating processes using spray guns for furniture applications
Maintain regular follow-ups with Paint Booth Teams and Purchase Departments at OEM factories
Build and nurture relationships within the furniture industry to generate new business leads
Coordinate effectively between clients and distributors to ensure smooth operations
Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Understand and address client requirements with tailored coating solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in an OEM setup, preferably in the furniture manufacturing sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and distributor coordination
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive repeat business
Familiarity with various wood finishes (PU, melamine, etc.)
