What you will do

Kenuve has its focus on Personal Health with a wide range of differentiated Consumer Health Brands rooted in science & endorsed by Professionals. To this end it has invested in Health Care Professionals (HCPs) mainly in the Pharmacy, HCP & distributor channels. They seek support and recommendations from HCPs to select safe and efficacious products and to be reassured of the health credentials of the products they use every day. To achieve their strategic goal of building a strong relationship with a diverse group of Health care professionals using all aspects of digital technologies it requires Technology Product owner for its global Professional Digital Hub.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kenvue Technical Product Owner for Marketing Technology with Healthcare and Life Science experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our company's Global digital hub that serves healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our products are technically sound, meet business requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of healthcare and life science marketing technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team
• Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
• Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
• Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.

Compliance

• Well versed in all policies and pan European regulations related to Digital technologies, Privacy and communication.
• Ensures Kenvue policies, procedures and best practices are followed.
• Ensures Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected by complying with and enforcing all local and global security policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology / Health care / FMCG company
• Strong technical background with experience in software development processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
• Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must.

Technology Management

• Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C / B2B/ E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
• Experience in CMS tools viz stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage.
• Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities for Kenvue.
• Anticipates and avoids technical problems / bad designs whiles also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution / workarounds.
• Recognized as a technology expert within Kenvue and actively seeks best trends.
• Implements and supports strategic architecture initiatives.
• Effectively uses MS Teams, are Point, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.
• Understanding of tools and strategies required for web analytics such as Google analytics.
• Must have good Project Management skills managing multiple small /medium projects simultaneously.
