Key Account Management team
at LeadSquared is central to driving long-term customer success and revenue growth. As a
Senior Executive – KAM (APAC)
, you will manage high-value accounts across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring strategic alignment, successful product adoption, and measurable business outcomes.This role is ideal for professionals with
4–8 years of experience
who can balance
strategic account ownership, commercial growth, and cross-cultural relationship management
in a rapidly scaling SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across APAC, driving satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers
- Understand customer business models, processes, and goals to design tailored success roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end product implementation and configuration in line with client requirements
- Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to achieve growth targets
- Develop regional account strategies, including success metrics, risk assessments, and expansion plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, support) to deliver impactful client outcomes
- Conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance insights and growth recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, IT, or related field) or equivalent professional experience in SaaS/software
- 4–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Project Delivery (ERP, CRM, SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record in managing large/complex accounts and driving measurable commercial results (renewals, upselling, or expansions)
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience engaging senior/executive stakeholders in APAC markets
- Ability to translate client needs into product-driven solutions and ensure business impact
- Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and regional environment
