As a Sales Manager for Prof Cleaning Chemicals & Tools and Consumer Brands & Car Air Fresheners in the Institutional channel, your role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives and targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and targeting key institutional clients in specified industries. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Developing and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with customers. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects. - Evaluating and appointing suitable distributors, ensuring Primary and Secondary sales, and executing other important activities. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Masters' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in specific industries. - Experience in selling Prof Cleaning Chemicals & Tools is mandatory. - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to meet sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
