Manage, identify, and develop new/existing business opportunities with assigned customers (minimum 80 accounts). Build strong relationships with sourcing teams, technical experts, and senior management at customer organizations. Maintain deep understanding of customer operations and deliver timely solutions. Participate in discussions on strategy, product positioning, and pricing. Handle customer complaints and provide troubleshooting support. Prepare sales forecasts, visit plans, CRM updates, and daily reports on time. Organize and conduct technical presentations/seminars in collaboration with HQ.
