Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage key accounts for protective coatings, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through B2B sales channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Provide technical expertise on industrial coatings, adhesives, epoxy resins, waterproofing solutions, and other related products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in selling protective coatings or similar chemical products.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university.
MBA/PGDM preferred ,knowledge of construction chemicals an added advantage.
