About Capital Numbers Capital Numbers is a 13-year-old, publicly listed software services company specializing in web development, mobile app development, AI-driven solutions, and custom software development for clients across the USA, UK, and Europe. We partner with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to deliver scalable, high-quality digital products and AI-enabled applications. We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Demand Generation team in our Gurgaon office and help expand our international client base.


Role Overview:

As a Junior SDR in the Demand Generation team, you will focus on prospecting, lead generation, and initial outreach for our web development, mobile app development, and AI services. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience in lead generation or inside sales in an IT / software services environment, who want to build a career in international B2B sales. You will work closely with senior members of the Demand Generation and Sales teams to identify, qualify, and book meetings with potential clients in USA, UK, and European markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads in target regions (USA, UK, Europe) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other B2B databases.
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across web, mobile, and AI services.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and calls) to generate qualified leads for web development, mobile apps, and AI projects.
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory / discovery meetings for senior sales or business development managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and stages in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Marketing teams to refine target segments, messaging, and outreach strategies.
  • Track and report key SDR metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and opportunities created. • Build a solid understanding of Capital Numbers’ web, mobile, AI, and custom software offerings to communicate value clearly to prospects .


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year of experience in lead generation / inside sales / SDR, preferably in an IT / software services company.
  • Basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, and awareness of AI/automation services.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English. • Exposure to international B2B markets, preferably USA, UK, and Europe.
  • Hands-on experience in data research, data mining, and list building for B2B customers.
  • Practical experience using tools such as: o LinkedIn Sales Navigator o Lusha (or similar tools for contact discovery).
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Strong internet research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.


Good to Have (Preferred):

  • Prior experience generating leads for web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, SaaS, or custom software projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.). • Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels, Demand Generation workflows, and SDR KPIs. • Experience running or supporting email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns at scale.
