Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to kickstart their career in recruitment. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Support campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives as needed.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and HR team to understand hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for internal review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in HR is must
Internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
