Role Summary:

As a IT Sales Recruiter, you will be trained to market our IT consultants to clients and vendors in the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Learn to market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to *implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.

*Coordinate with consultants and vendors to submit profiles for open job requirements.

*Manage interview scheduling and follow-up activities.

*Gain knowledge in US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and ATS/CRM tools.

*Maintain internal reports and submission trackers regularly.

*Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

*Willingness to work onsite during night shift (US time zones).

*Basic understanding of MS Office and general computer usage.

*Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
