Junior Recruiter (0–2 yrs experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Source top-tier candidates via online portals, networks, and our internal ATS
• Screen resumes and applications to match candidate qualifications with roles
• Conduct phone screenings to assess interest, skills, and career goals
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity
• Schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Participate actively in training sessions to sharpen your recruitment skills

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles (freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome!)
• Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); savvy with online portals and social platforms
• A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• A bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field is a plus (but not mandatory with relevant skills)
