Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through

  job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking

  .
• Conduct

  initial screenings and interviews

  to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update the

  candidate database

  in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

End-to-End Recruitment Process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand

  job requirements and role expectations

  .
• Manage the

  full recruitment cycle

  from sourcing to onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate

  salary expectations and employment terms

  with candidates.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Build and maintain strong

  relationships with candidates and clients

  .
• Provide timely feedback and updates to both

  candidates and hiring teams

  .
• Ensure an excellent

  candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Strategy & Reporting

• Stay updated with

  industry trends and best practices

  in talent acquisition.
• Utilize innovative recruitment techniques to attract

  top talent

  .
• Generate weekly/monthly

  reports on hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, and key metrics

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

1-3 years of experience

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
