Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Gurugram. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing job postings. The role involves ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, maintaining candidate databases, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
