NetSuite Administrator
to join our expanding team preferably based in or near Mumbai, working to support the global business, reporting to the UK management.The NetSuite Administrator will have solid NetSuite experience from a helpdesk support and administration position and will be assisting with optimisation and system improvement of our constantly evolving NetSuite platform, working with the UK / India development team.This is a great opportunity to join a passionate group of people working to build a world-class team to roll out our vision of how technology tools can change lives.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues.
- Provide technical/functional day to day assistance to end-users along with training sessions on user adoption.
- Planning, reviewing, testing, and customizing NetSuite as needed to meet the needs of staff, submitted as tickets
- Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding.
- Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Report writing - working with key users to write and maintain Saved Searches and Reports in NetSuite
- Expanding NetSuite literacy and competency in the wider organisation through new functionalities with training and documentation
- Participating in setup functions such as Suite Builder (forms), custom fields and records, and workflow configuration
- Participating in data quality, platform usage, and testing functional correctness
- Support the data import/export process and migration
- Supporting with future NetSuite updates and third-party applications maintaining correct versions
- Create configurations and customisations of NetSuite to meet the business needs
Requirements
Previous experience in NetSuite Administration based roles preferred, especially with experience of supporting end users
- NetSuite Administration certification preferred
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player with a personable and enthusiastic manner
- Showing initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management, organisational and accurate record-keeping skills
- Excellent level of IT skills in addition to NetSuite and particularly Microsoft Office / Office 365 (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Planner)
