Position: Junior Merchandiser

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced, and globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams to ensure timely development of products and samples.
• Prepare and maintain product data sheets, costing sheets, and order details.
• Track order status from development to dispatch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Support senior merchandiser in client communication and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and sample shipments.
• Assist in maintaining records for material consumption, vendor follow-ups, and production planning.
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and packing departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising / Fashion / Design / Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the home décor / furniture / handicraft / lifestyle products industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
• Passion for design, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask under deadlines.
