Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for timely product sourcing and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory across showrooms or retail outlets.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences to guide buying decisions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare reports on sales, stock movements, and market feedback for management review.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal planning.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align merchandising activities with brand objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the interior, furniture, retail, or fashion industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of product trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
