Assistant Finance Manager We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience in financial reporting and consolidation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing group reporting processes, preparing consolidated financial statements, and working with foreign subsidiaries to ensure seamless consolidation. What you will be doing: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual group reports in line with internal and external deadlines. Prepare consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS). Coordinate and manage the consolidation of financials across domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Liaise with global finance teams to gather accurate inputs and ensure compliance with group reporting formats. Assist with audits, statutory filings, and internal control implementation. Support finance transformation initiatives and process improvements across the consolidation function. What are we looking for? Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in group reporting and consolidation is mandatory. Working knowledge of foreign subsidiary consolidation and accounting for foreign currency transactions. Strong understanding of IND AS / IFRS and consolidation principles. Experience in managing financials related to mergers and demergers. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP – preferred). Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with global teams.
