Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those beginning their career in Human Resources. You will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment and onboarding, and help maintain employee records and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, documentation, and orientation processes
  • Maintain and update employee information in HR databases and systems
  • Help organize employee training sessions and performance review activities
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with company standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
