Junior HR

Role Overview: You will be working full-time on-site in Pune as a Recruiter. Your main responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you will manage the IT talent hub through job boards and careers to acquire the right talent for the company by screening resumes and maintaining the database. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Help in preparing onboarding documents and facilitating the onboarding process. - Support in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. - Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs. - Support the HR team in preparing internal HR reports, policies, and employee files. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives. - Ensure HR practices comply with legal and company policies. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Capable of working well under supervision and as part of a team.,
