We are looking for a Junior HR to join our team and support the HR Manager in managing key HR operations including recruitment, induction and employee engagement.

Role Overview

The Junior HR will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations and processes. This role is best suited for someone with 2 years of HR experience, eager to grow in a fast-paced, project-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support in end-to-end recruitment for full-time employees and freelancers.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and assist in employer branding initiatives.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

• Handle day-to-day HR administration including attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Maintain employee records and update HR MIS regularly.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

3. Performance Management & Engagement

• Support the HR Manager in executing the appraisal process.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Help address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed.

4. Training & Development Support

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Track participation and maintain training records.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management.
• 2 years of experience in HR (generalist profile preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports To: HR Manager (Lead)
• Collaborates With: Admin & Operations teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
