Junior HR

You are being recruited for the position of Junior HR Executive at Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, an IT company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. As a Junior HR Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Hiring for various job profiles by posting on different job portals, establishing tie-ups with consultancies, colleges, and companies, and managing HR activities and operations effectively. - Recruiting for the fresher internship program by sourcing leads from diverse channels such as job portals, social media, excel sheets, colleges, TPOs, students, training institutes, and consultancies. - Developing strategies and daily work plans to ensure optimal outcomes and productivity. - Communicating with candidates who have applied, engaging in marketing and telesales activities, sending emails, messages, and tracking admission reports for interns. - Providing detailed information about admission procedures and IT courses to potential college students via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the office. - Representing the company at educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as necessary. - Preference will be given to females with a pleasing personality, strong communication skills in Hindi and English, and a laptop (though not mandatory).
