Junior HR Generalist - Recruitment

This role is perfect for a self-starter who is keen to learn about talent acquisition and people management in a fast-paced environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Post and manage job advertisements on various career portals and social media platforms. - Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain the candidate database and ensure all recruitment data is up-to-date. - Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts. - Support the HR team with administrative tasks and generalist duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Fresh graduates or final year students are highly encouraged to apply. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong organizational skills. - A keen interest in building a career in Human Resources. - Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
