RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and Onboarding: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating job offers, and overseeing the onboarding process. Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Performance Management: Assisting in the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees, and monitoring performance evaluation processes. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating employee training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness. Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary surveys, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices. Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with changing legal requirements and organizational needs. HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and HR databases, preparing HR reports and analytics, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to foster employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction, such as employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
