Job Summary: Seeking an HR Generalist (Fresher) to assist with recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and support various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. Organize employee engagement activities and gather feedback. Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports. Support performance review and feedback processes. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Help coordinate training and development programs. Assist with payroll processing and data management. Qualifications & Skills: Masters degree in HR. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Ability to handle confidential information. Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate Joiners preferred.
