Junior HR Executive

Hiring Alert: Jr. HR Executive – Laketown, Kolkata

Position: Jr. HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Location: Laketown, Kolkata

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (In-Hand, No ESI/PF)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations for client organizations.

Handle end-to-end payroll processing independently under Senior HR supervision.

Maintain and update employee records and databases.

Assist in the recruitment process including screening, coordination, and follow-ups.

Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.

Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime records.

Handle basic statutory compliance documentation.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Support in performance appraisal data compilation and documentation.

Coordinate for employee engagement activities and events.

Ensure timely reporting and communication with clients and senior HR team.

Desired Candidate:

Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Basic knowledge of Excel & HRMS tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
