Job Title: Junior HR Executive
Location: Office Posting – Lake Town, Kolkata
Work Area: Kasba Ruby & Client Locations (as required)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR activities within the consulting firm and for client accounts.
• Handle Payroll Management: salary processing, attendance & leave records, deductions, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure statutory Compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other labor law requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Support in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain regular communication with clients regarding HR processes.
• Assist in grievance handling and employee engagement activities as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in payroll & compliance).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll software, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.

Other Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Lake Town, Kolkata (with occasional client visits in Kasba Ruby area)
• Salary: 10000 to 15000 P.M
