Junior HR Executive

As a Junior HR Executive in the solar industry, you will play an integral role in the HR team, helping to manage a variety of human resources functions. Your primary responsibility will be to support HR activities related to employee engagement, event coordination, recruitment, and maintaining a positive work culture in a rapidly growing and evolving solar energy company. Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement programs, events, and team-building activities to enhance morale and company culture will be a key responsibility. Supporting the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, is an essential part of the role. Additionally, you will help with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the company. Your role will involve organizing and facilitating training sessions to develop employee skills and knowledge. Maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and managing HR documentation efficiently are also part of your duties. You will be responsible for coordinating wellness programs and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations in the workplace. Providing general administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth operations and proper documentation will be an important aspect of your job. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A basic understanding of recruitment processes and employee onboarding is required. The ability to plan and coordinate events and activities, along with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, will be beneficial. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also essential qualities for this role. Education requirement for this position is a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
