Job Description: Senior Account Executive

Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze financial data to support decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, and providing recommendations for financial improvements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and manage invoices and e-way bills.

· Generating reports and statements for internal use.

· Oversee day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

· Maintain cash, bank, purchase, and sales entries in books.

· Prepare and post journal vouchers to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

· Manage stock JV transfers and maintain inventory records.

· Prepare GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns in a timely manner.

· Calculate TDS, income tax returns, advance tax, and interest.

· Reconcile accounts with sundry debtors and creditors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
