Job Description

Role Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes. Coordinate and conduct initial interviews with candidates. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases. Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation. Help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Participate in performance review processes and support employee development initiatives. Assist in organizing and implementing employee engagement activities. Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues. Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication of HR policies. Conduct exit interviews and document feedback from departing employees. Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Support in maintaining a positive workplace culture through initiatives and events. Work closely with the HR team to support employee relations and team building efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience in HR-related internships or entry-level positions preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills. Knowledge of recruitment software and HR tools is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees. Dedicated to promoting a positive workplace environment. Flexibility to work on various HR projects as needed.
